Justin’s Story
I wasn’t looking for God when He found me. I was standing in the streets, moments away from ending my own life, when Jesus stepped in and radically saved me. His love broke through my hopelessness, and from that moment, I knew my life would never be the same.

Two years later, I was in a serious motorcycle accident that shattered my leg in 25 places. The doctor said there was no hope in me being able to bend my leg ever again and that my paralyzed leg would likely never wake up. I refused to let his words be my reality. Instead, I went to another doctor, the Great Physician.
Jesus was moved by my faith. Only a few months after the accident, I was radically healed. My doctor admitted, “Only God could do this.”[Click Here To Watch My Healing Testimony]
Anna’s Story
Before we were married, Anna was also a full-time missionary in Southeast Asia, living in Thailand and ministering to Muslim street kids. She shared meals, prayed, taught, and poured the love of Jesus into some of the most overlooked and forgotten.
We met in Georgia at a Pastor’s conference and connected through missions, united by the same fire to see the Gospel reach every tribe, tongue, and nation. In 2019, we got married and our callings became one.
Our Mission Together
Since then, we’ve served across Asia, seeing:
- Broken bones healed instantly
- Demons cast out with authority
- Churches planted in unreached regions
- Leaders equipped to walk in spiritual power
- Thousands encounter Jesus through online evangelism
Now, through our nonprofit Fuel Revival, we equip believers around the world to walk in the gifts of the Holy Spirit; healing, deliverance, prophecy so they can boldly share Jesus in their own cities and across the nations.

Through Gilpins2Asia.com, we’re planting churches and training leaders in the Philippines, focusing on the least-reached regions of Mindanao.

Equip the Saints
Through FuelRevival.com, we’re training believers worldwide to walk in spiritual gifts; healing the sick, casting out demons, and proclaiming the Gospel with power.

Evangelize Online
Through social media and digital platforms, we’re reaching thousands daily with testimonies, teaching, and the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
Meet the Family
We serve together as missionaries, church planters, and trainers. Anna brings her heart for the overlooked and forgotten; I bring my passion for supernatural ministry and revival. Together, we’re raising our daughters to be the next generation of world-changers.
Our daughters are growing up on the mission field, learning that following Jesus means taking the Gospel to the ends of the earth. They’re not just missionary kids, they’re our greatest disciples shaped by God’s heart for the nations.

Every testimony I share, every training I lead, every church we plant, every person we reach, it all flows from one truth: Jesus still saves, heals, and transforms lives.
My story isn’t about what I’ve done. It’s about what Jesus has done and what He can do through anyone who says yes.
